This style of yoga allowed this grief to move through me, it allowed me to step away from my story, to leave its drama behind. I could see my infertility as it was; I was compassionate. As 2010 continued, this story had less and less power over me and I started living my life. My marriage improved, my dog liked me better, my friends noticed something different.
